When you suggest a dilemma via our "Suggest a Dilemma" feature:
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, and modify your submission for use within the Game.
- We reserve sole discretion over which submitted dilemmas are approved and added to the daily rotation.
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or exposure to user-generated comments.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
